Ainslie Timbs - Director

A graduate of commerce and marketing from the University of Tasmania, Ainslie has over 12 years experience in marketing, media and advertising, including overseas contracts within the UK media industry.


On her return to Australia, Ainslie moved into the area of eCommerce Marketing as an Online Content Manager and eProject Manager. She is experienced in key stakeholder management and the development and implementation of online and offline marketing strategies.


Throughout Ainslie’s career she has been in the role of “client” and in the role of “service provider”, delivering to the client. She is well-aware of the expectations of both parties and thus, has a strong commitment to delivering effective, productive and successful outcomes for our clients.


At AdditionalView, Ainslie is our key eProject Manager and main contact point for our clients. She is also our Content Manager expert and facilitates our user experience (usability) research. She is highly organized and skilled in coordinating workflow to ensure budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.


Ainslie’s main professional interests include eProject Management, consumer behavior, research methodology and content management.

Steven Mallows - Director Google Qualified Individual

Steven has 20 years marketing experience working in small to medium size businesses to large organisations. He has spent 8 years in senior Marketing Management and eCommerce Management positions within the corporate sector.

 

Steven has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing, a Graduate Certificate in Computing, a Master Degree in eCommerce and is a Qualified Google Individual.

 


Steven has developed and delivered strategic marketing plans for small to medium businesses and large organisations. He has also managed the marketing of products for a consumer market comprising of more than 200,000 customers.


With an extensive amount of experience in online and offline marketing environment, Steven and is committed to delivering marketing experiences which bring both consumers and businesses closer together in order to deliver a greater return on the marketing investment.

 

At AdditionalView Steven provides strategic and online marketing expertise to clients as well as facilitating Search Engine Marketing, strategy, usability, and eProject management.


He is an avid supporter of the arts and is an active participant on the Board of Directors for a major Tasmanian theatre company, IS Theatre (formerly known as the Salamanca Theatre Company).
